Tonight we ordered at the Togo trailer. We ask if they had multiple things and were told no they didn't nor did they have them inside. after having to go back multiple times to get the things we ordered, we were then told they did in fact have the things inside and then they preceded to blame each other on the reason for all of our orders (4 of them) were wrong. You could tell there was no adult supervision. We have always had great service inside but all of their rude comments and hatefulness was not acceptable.
Hal and me were camping at Hartwell and this was our first time eating there. We both ordered the chopped pork plate. It was delicious and we needed a to go box. The sweet potato crunch was the bomb. We will be back again!
I rarely give five stars to a family style restaurant. I mean gosh save that for the Tavern on the Green... but despite lining up to select and finding a table when the the line is backed out the door onto the parking lot this joint delivers. It's only open Thurs through Friday so it's taken me three and a half years to get there, but if I've ever in my life (which is long) had a better smoked-brisket I surely can't say when. The food was great, and the staff is super friendly.
Being an Ohio State fan wearing colors I was a little concerned entering this place. I tried the saucy ribs and the rub ribs. They were both outstanding! They almost fall off the bone before you can get them to your mouth. Good atmosphere and even had Cornhole boards outside. I was hoping some Clemson fan would have been available for a butt whoopin in Cornhole from the HTR Champion!
The food was excellent and the wait staff great I would recommend this place to anyone
