Used to be good, really good.......used to be. Stopped coming here because every time I did, they were out of something. After a year or so, I decided to give another try. Tried two days in a row to order, but were out of the sides I wanted the first day, then out of the meats I wanted the second day. Day three, I thought I was in luck because everything I wanted was available. Sausage was dry. Brisket was dry. Side portions were small. Expensive for what little you get. Still disappointing. No longer good. No longer a fan.

Best brisket that I've had since moving from the south. These guys have their technique down to a science. all the meats and sides we got were amazing. And the fact that they're open during these strange times makes it taste even better because for the first time in two months, you didnt have to cook!

If you are ever in Hailey,Idaho have a meal there on Main Street. Wonderful food and huge portions. Very very clean and rustic place. The help was cheerful and very nice. Only two people to take your order. Small but carry out cause everything is served in big boxes. We ate in and brought the rest home to SLC,Ut
Awesome flavor. Burnt ends on Wednesday rocks. Best brisket ever and the ribs are to die for. We travel 90+ miles to eat here. Yum. Jorge, the manager is awesome.
