Fast and fresh. The pulled pork amazing with the mango habanero sauce and their slaw and potato salad aren't weighed down in mayo...light refreshing and delicious. Priced right for BBQ which will run higher than average. Flavor has its costs.
The Smokey Bone is awesome. Had the best Turkey ever and am still eating the leftovers. Can't wait for lunch tomorrow. :-)
Delicious BBQ and friendly service. We enjoyed the brisket, collard greens and mashed potatoes. Recently moved here from VA and know great BBQ :-)

We were passing through Hailey on our way to Boise and wanted someplace quick for lunch that wasn't a chain. I saw the BBQ sign, so we stopped, knowing we wouldn't have to wait forever for our food. It was delicious and the cucumber salad was to die for! So glad we stopped. We also talked up the place to our friend in Boise, who has family in Hailey!
Met my mom to do some fundraising for my little sister's family and stopped in for lunch.. The BEST atmosphere, service and FOOD! Thank you! May your business be an absolute success for many years to come with good health all around!
