Cleanest BBQ resturant you will find. The meat if fall off the bone good. Staff was extremely friendly.
Having lived in Tampa my whole life, I have always been mystified why the south Tampa area did not have a solid BBQ joint. The Smoke Shack is it! We did the 2 meat platter with beef brisket and pulled pork with sides of mac and cheese, collard greens, and baked beans. Didn't leave a bite on our plates. Outdoor seating, great sauce selection, and friendly employees as well. We will be back soon.
Food is amazing, especially the ribs and chicken. Cool atmosphere, as well.
Can't get enough!! Best brisket this side of Texas!! Love the KC and Chipotlé sauces, too!!
Pulled pork is amazing! Try it with the Texas mustard sauce!
