Traveling back to central Ohio, had to stop and get Carolina BBQ. Delicious so glad we stopped here. Employees are friendly service was quick. I highly recommend this place. LARGE PORTIONS
we ordered take out and i was about to check it and the girl told me not to worry every tho g was there cause she packed it herself. low and behold when i got home it was missing an entree and a desert. so i called and no one answers the phone there. will never order from them again. i left a message got a call back 3 days later by someone in catering. he passed the message in to the manager who called me and left a message to call her which i did and left her a message. never heard from them again
great food and great service. will be returning had combo platter of ribs and burnt ends. my friends got chicken and brisket everything was awesome. will return. 5 stars *****
We have been coming here for years and I have NEVER been asked to “step aside” so another can place their order FIRST! It happened twice tonight! All tables were full (happens often as we all know) and I was told I had to wait to place my “for here” order. I am disabled and can’t stand or walk long. Came out with my entire family to try to enjoy a bday dinner and 30 min later, I’m still waiting for my “TO GO” food (because I got tired of waiting for my dine in food. The dining room is now nearly empty. Beyond pissed off!!
What a great restaurant! If you are looking for good BBQ this is the place! We tried it all...burnt ends, brisket, pulled chicken, pulled pork, ribs, chicken quarters, sausage, cornbread, slaw, collard greens, beans and mac and cheese. Every single item was the best I’ve ever tasted. We took home leftovers and ate them the next day...still delicious! We are from Ohio but I guarantee we will be stopping on our trips south! Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love there food the stuff is nice
Customer Service is on par with someone that will spit in your food & The Soup Nazi. The online ordering was a horrible experience, took a long time to prepare, they gave us the wrong person's order, followed by an incomplete order & cold food. I've heard the other branches are better. Manager was also inconsiderate when I asked if there was anything that could be done.
