Yesterday My husband cracked a back tooth and was in pain. Called for an emergency visit as they have been our dentist since Dr. Sherman owned it. I was told they were closed and couldn’t get him in for 2 weeks. I even checked with several of their other locations. What a bunch of un-sympathetic ,non professionals to allow this to go on. He had complained to them months earlier of sensitivity in those teeth and they found nothing. I went here for my first cleaning about 6 months ago. It's a clean, modern and up to date facility. The employees greet you with a smile and make it a very nice experience. I called on a Monday morning to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day! I was experiencing some acute jaw pain, turns out I am grinding my teeth at night! I had several terrible experiences at the Smilist in Bay Shore and would not recommend it to anyone. No wonder their dentists leave. Stay far away.
I’ve been going to the Smilist for over a year and they’re by far the best dental group I’ve gone to. They’re thorough, timely and courteous. I highly recommend this office. Thank you guys, you’re awesome. :)
