Before yesterday I would have said yes but had the most unprofessional experience with one of the dentists. I have never been spoken to so rudely and unprofessional. Hoping I can change to another dental office that accepts the insurance. I have previously had no problems but yesterday was an eye opener!
How can I recommend you? I had intense pain from a dry socket and you would not fit me in on Sat. for a 3-5 minute procedure? Your office staff told me to take the pain killer you prescribed even after I told you I didn't want to take it. Your office manager was very nasty to me. She replied, " We saw you 3 times for your dry socket." Yes, you did, ...but that's YOUR JOB...YOU did the procedure. I absolutely loved your office, and a lot of the staff, but the reality that you didn't care if I was in pain in or not was dishear... read more
