I had the best experience at The Smile Store and with Candid aligners. I had no idea what to expect and at my first consultation, Victoria was amazing - knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. From start to finish the customer service was astounding! I mean just over and beyond! The studio itself was bright and clean. On my arrival Keoni and Katherine made the process so simple and painless. Keoni was super knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions with a smile. Honestly if they were to have in-office visits for my treatment, I would come back to this location all the time. Highly recommend!
I don't even know where to begin. This place is a SCAM! They are really really good at selling the product but after your signe up, service and company is the absolute worst! I've been going thru this nightmare for about 2 years now and I advise everyone to stay away! Don't believe me, then check the better business bureau reviews.
