Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and care at this orthodontic practice. From the beginning, communication was poor, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. My daughter, who is a minor and the orthodontist’s patient, was dismissed from the chair without any explanation, discussion, or follow-up instructions.
