The entire team at The Smile Spot is amazing! I’ve worked in healthcare for 15 years and I’ve seen the worst and the best. My 6 yr daughter recently needed a cap on a molar and a tooth pulled. Dr Erin and her team made me and my daughter feel so safe and well cared for. They explained everything to me and gave us options. I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were! We love the Smile Spot !! My 2 daughters came into the smile spot with severe dental anxiety! We were on a 1 year+ waiting list with Big Smiles and also Yale Pediatric Dentistry for front tooth extraction on my 5-year-old daughter. As a parent, I would do anything for my kids and as time went on and her teeth got worse, I started searching for options. I decided to come in for consultation with The Smile Spot. I didn't realize Dentist offices could be so much fun. Every single person in there was kind, helpful, and really seemed like they genuinely love their job. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Warm welcome by staff as soon as you enter the door. My children felt calm and happy for their first dentist appointment. Highly recommend.
