They are so wonderful to the kids ~ My girls hated the dentist until we started going to the Smile Shop, Now they love it! Thank all you for being amazing!
When I called to schedule an emergency appointment for my daughter, I found out that my account was terminated over a $180 balance because they entered in my address incorrectly and I never received the statement in the mail. They are unwilling to let me pay the balance, so I have to take my FOUR kids elsewhere. I'll miss Dr Adams (he recently retired) and the wonderful hygienists and assistants, but the office should consider revising their policy to terminate an account when the error is their fault.

My daughter has been going here since she was 5. She has had to have all but two teeth pulled as her roots do not dissolve. She won't even let any other dentist look at her teeth. Even with having to have her teeth pulled she thinks he is the best dentist. We have been to several of his offices but by far prefer the Spanish Springs office. Excellent Dentist excellent staff. We highly recommend Dr. Adams to all our friends.
