So I have been neglectful of my teeth in the past few years and on a Saturday night, karma came around in the form of a chipped molar. Having only been in Snohomish for a week (!), I panicked to find a dentist open the week of Thanksgiving. I had to have some dental work done today. It was not going to be pleasant. But Amber and Dr Tang are very light hearted and informational. They made it to be like meeting up with old friends. We had fun joking while the worked on me. I don't usually write reviews but they are the best!

Dr. Tang and The Smile Institute provide great client service with such professionalism and care. I love the ability to receive a message that caters to my life. (I.e. texting, email, or even a phone call for my appointments) Options are always great. Thank you Dr. Tang and Staff

I had the honor to be treated by Dr. Tang at the Seattle King County Free clinic. He treated me with rare kindness. I usually have a very bad gag reflex but he angled me in such away this was not a problem. He approached filling my tooth as an artist painting a masterpiece. My tooth was very broken and some how Dr. Tang restored it into something beautiful. I usually avoid dentists out of fear they will make pain where it did not exist. The assistant promised my daughter to bring her a special treat on her last appointment and she did!! Dr.Tang made my daughter feel very brave and the appointment went great! We love Dr.Tang!!

Very nice helpful staff. I filled out all the paperwork online but then had to go through it again to sign it at appt. time. I didn't care for the signing pad which asks you to sign something that you cannot see in front on you. It's on their computer so I had to go around to her side of the counter to view what I was signing. She said they will be changing that. It took awhile so appt. got started later than expected, but luckily was on no time restraint that day. VERY thorough exam and cleaning. Great hygienist. Gentle and... read more

Haven't been to a dentist in awhile....have heard horror stories of of patients being told they needed work that would cost thousands due to not being seen in years. Dr. Tangs office was great and I especially loved being able to see the X-Ray of each tooth in front of me on the screen and then having Dr. Tang go over each x-Ray -explaining what a cavity looks like and other issues- I didn't feel rushed as he took his time.
