They really take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend The Smile Doctors to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dentist in Ottawa
The doctor’s service was good, and I appreciate the care and professionalism during the appointment itself. However, I was disappointed with the waiting time. I waited approximately 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I work on an hourly basis and had to leave work earlier specifically to attend this appointment. When the administrator asked if I would be okay waiting an additional 30 minutes, I agreed, understanding that delays can happen and feeling that I had little choice at that point.
