I’m not a fan of dentistry work, however, The Smile Department was a pleasant experience AND I was informed of information that I had not had in, previous years by other dentists! I will remain with this office. Thank you so much for your professionalism!!!
This was for my child. For the most part it went well but well after we left the dentist office, my child tells me he thought his BP was very high according to what they said yet I was never informed. Then he said they told him it must be malfunctioning and tried it on a hygienist and hers was elevated as well but I am still bothered by the fact that they never informed me and I was waiting there the entire time. My experience is ........... They put on a cap that didn't fit I've been in pain for several months, and now they won't see me cause of some stupid same day shit.......... Really!!!!!! Doesn't matter I'm in pain and it's all they're fault
Very friendly, helpful. and professional staff. I received a very good cleaning and check up.
