When I show up on time, I don't expect to wait more than 5 minutes without an acknowledgment of or explanation for the delay. I appreciate the removal of marketing materials and offers of supplementary products and services. I have definitely felt a "hard sell" in previous visits that I didn't miss one bit. I felt this visit was far more about my needs than your bottom line. I first began visiting Dr. Stanley 13 years ago. As a result my teeth and gums have never been healthier. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and it is a most pleasant place to go, if you have to go to the dentist!
