I experience an extremely horrible nightmare with my front crown falling. The day happened to be the day my son was to get married. Upon arriving to the emergency office I was greeted with a great deal of professionalism and courtesy. After the initial checkup by the dentist I was informed how I was to be treated and given a set time of completion. I panicked and told doctor my situation. Overall this visit was ok, not as good as the usual expectation when I come here. Dental tech/hygienist was friendly although I prefer my usual person Linda. She explained everything that I needed to know or questions I had. Only issue I had with her was asking if I wanted additional services to which she didn't inform me had additional costs to me that wouldn't be sent to my insurance. that would have been nice to know so I could have declined them instead of agreeing and getting a surprise bill.
I drive from North Carolina to receive my dental services from Dr. Finlay’s office. I would not consider going anywhere else. I have always received excellent care & would recommend Dr. Finlay’s office to anyone considering dental care.
The Smile Centre is by far the greatest office I have ever been to. It is very professional and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They really make you feel like a part of the family. They provide so many dental services and meet the needs of every patient. They really listen to what you want for your future smile and they do everything they can to make sure they accomplish the smile you want. I highly recommend coming to The Smile Centre and make it your new dental home.
Dr. Duffy and his staff do a great job in keeping the patient informed on the procedure he is going to do.

Dr Gupta and his staff were very thorough considering the long length of time it had been since I last saw a dentist. The Hygienist was very friendly and informative as to the dental care I should be doing. They are a great staff and will continue to put my dental care in their hands.
