As always, the office is friendly, courteous, eager to help and be sure you are comfortable. They explain everything they are doing and make sure you are comfortable. If not, they will fix things so you are. The trips I have made to this dentist has been a great spot to nap. The chair is so comfortable, the room nice and cozy and I just drift off. Very comfortable environment, everyone friendly and helpful
I don’t like the prepay before my teeth are cleaned. I was told it’s told “new” system. What do you think after coming to the Smile Center every 3 months for over 10 years I’m going to run out the back door and stiff you. Two...If there is something needed I didn’t prepay for I’m now stuck with the choice to do this service or say no. I said no thinking I would save having to go through check out a second time. I was able to get in due to a dental issue same day, everyone from the front desk personnel Ashley to the tech and provider were amazing. The office is very welcoming and clean and the entire team seems to work well together and are customer service driven atop of the great dental care.
Excellent experience. The Smile Center has a very welcoming atmosphere certainly created by all the staff from the initial greeting by George to the warmth and efficiency by Brooke and Kasey who specifically worked with me. With the assessment and subsequent planning of proposed treatment plan, both in the short and long term, you complete your initial visit with a feeling you're in the hands of exceptionally competent professionals. Well done Smile team!
