Don't use this provider! Suggestion: try Froedtert. I wasn't seen for 2 hours after my scheduled time. When I finally saw the Dr it was a 5 minute conversation. Which resulted in me needing a sleep study that I can do at home. It took another 30 minutes for someone to even bring me the equipment, only after I notified them again that I've been waiting a ridiculously long time. Don't come here, staff and dr is inconsiderate of your time and don't seem to remember who is in what room for what.
This business has been closed since September 30. They closed their CPAP2GO sites. AeroCare assumed their accounts. They didn't notify me about this, and I was waiting for supplies to come! The new company is trying to catch up.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS AND WHEN YOU DO GET A LIVE PERSON THEY ARE SO RUDE AND THEY NEVER CAN GET YOU TO THE RIGHT PERSON!! THEY PUT YOU IN A ROOM FULL OF OTHER PEOPLE AND HAVE YOU PICK YOUR OWN SLEEP DEVICE WHICH I FEEL IS SO IMPERSONAL THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND FINED!!!!!
Thos place wouldn't tell me the percentage of patients who DIDN'T NEED a CPAP machine. They said to SLEEP NORMALLY and that is with body sensors all over your body and head and a measuring belt around you. NORMAL? LOL.I feel they get a kickback from the machine sales.
Absolute train wreck. I think they're finally out of business because nobody ever returns calls. Very rude staff. I just joined a class action claim. RUN from this place because they will screw you every which way from Sunday. My husband went LAST YEAR for a new machine and the billing person (Ashley) submitted the wrong information to our insurance company. Now this "basic" provider is billing us for their error. AGAIN, RUN...don't walk. This company is criminal.
