We came in looking for a pillow because I’d been experiencing shoulder and neck pain. Sharon was amazing—she took the time to look at my posture, let us try out so many different options, and guided us toward the right fit. When we finally found the perfect pillow, it was like magic! I felt so happy, and to top it off, we even got the best price. I’m super excited and can’t recommend this place enough. You can tell they truly care and will make sure you’re well taken care of.
The staff of The Sleep Store are top notch! We had such an excellent experience shopping for our next mattress here. The owners were kind, supportive without being pushy, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. My husband and I took our time…like a lot of time. And they didn’t mind at all. The good: The owner is a genuinely nice lady The bad: The Naturepedic mattress is horrible. Massive buyers remorse. We’re using the guest room bed while we search for a new mattress because our backs can’t handle the Naturepedic any longer. The shop’s return policy falls WAY short of industry standards (there’s no risk-free trial period), so we are eating the cost and tossing it.
