Dirty facility. Shared toilet very disruptive. Horrible, sagging and very uncomfortable bed. Holes in blankets. Holes in sheets. Make-up on a pillow case. With the high amount of donations that National Jewish Hospital receives, they certainly can afford proper bedding!

My PCP sent referral for me to see a sleep specialist Dr.. Called to make an appointment. Since i requested a Dr my appt was scheduled for 4/29. August 25th - 26th ( 2024)- my nurse ( sorry I forgot your name) was excellent, she provided me with all the information I needed, checked to see that I was comfortable and security helped me to the parking garage 4 AM. Thank- you.

I'm very frustrated. I had an appointment so I could get CPAP supplies after switching to a different health insurance company. The doctor visit was almost 6 weeks ago. Information has not been given to supply company or insurance. I've messaged doctor every week. I guess some people (me) are just not important enough to reply to or do anything about.
