Terrible communication, left a patient without medical equipment. I explicitly cannot recommend the Sleep Study Lab at this facility. I was sent here by the VA for a mandatory sleep study on December 20th. I drove 50 minutes to get here—bypassing clinics closer to my home—because I was told it was necessary. My current CPAP machine is broken, and the staff knows this. I have been without therapy and without sleep for weeks while waiting for these results so the VA can issue a replacement. Came in for my sleep study test Which started at 7:45 I got to the clinic at 6:50 on the dot and I went to the checklist at 7 PM. I was told that I wasn’t able to do my sleep Study test because corporate themselves canceled my sleep study at 7 PM at night. I visited their sleep clinic on a referral, but uh... I don't think I can recommend this particular clinic to pretty much anyone. They made a ton of errors on my paperwork (even my vitals, like height and weight!) that took significant effort to get corrected, significantly overcharged me for services compared to the initial quote, and they've refused to provide me with my prescription despite leaving, like... 4 messages. I called the sleep center with the hope of participating in a sleep study to help me with some sleep issues I’ve been having. Unfortunately, it was a pretty terrible experience. A practitioner I spoke to said they would coordinate an at home sleep study, and that I will have results in 2 to 3 weeks. They then walked me over to a room where I was supposed to pick up the equipment and go home.
