Quick and easy
I have bought several mattresses from The Sleep Center over the years. I am impressed every time with the quality of the mattresses and the prices but more so with the incredible customer service. We bought a mattress about a year ago from The Sleep Center and had a problem with the bed frame under the mattress which caused the mattress to become warped. The mattress I got is 5 star worthy. It was a great price and a perfect fit for me. The reason I took two stars off the review, however, is because the delivery service was less than stellar. I went yesterday to get the mattress and was told they could have it delivered today as they didnt have it in the store. They set up a time (9 AM) and I told them I'd be home. 9 AM came and went this morning and I called them at 10 AM (when the store opens) and was told that they didnt even put me on the calendar for today.
