Donna the property manager has sold me. She is welcoming, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and makes me want to move into Regency. I have been searching for apartments in Lincoln since January, 2021 and am so glad I contacted Regency for full information! Lyn in NY state
This is the worst apartment I've lived in since I moved to Lincoln (I've lived in 5 other apartments). The first 3 years I lived here, it wasn't that bad. Things got fixed shortly after reporting them and the management, while never very friendly, was at least responsive to requests and was there during the day to be able to drop off rent or call in an issue.
