ROACHES!!! I’ve never been one to leave a bad review anywhere, but we’ve honestly been pushed so far beyond the edge that we can’t take it anymore. **Update** Sent to Collections over at 176.00 bill that I wrote a check for but front desk obviously lost and could not cash. Unacceptable, and since you want to mess with my credit and that fact I paid my rent ect on time monthly along with all of your dumb fees people need to know how you operate. **Also please be aware of beeping in Garage area as they took forever to maintain their Fire Riser Board and Fire Trucks were out at facility numerous times over my 13 months there. My experience living at The Slate was unfortunately marked by serious health and safety concerns and ended with unexpected and unjust financial charges. In May 2024, we discovered a severe maggot infestation at our front door. Maggots were actively crawling into our unit, despite our efforts to bleach and clean for hours. The source was a neighboring unit where trash had been improperly left out and ignored. We moved to Savannah from KY. We originally had chosen a different apartment complex that when we arrived was in a completely different status than when we came and visited and we could not move our babies in there. We came and visited Mallorie on a Saturday 1 hour before the office closed and we were moving in by the following Monday afternoon.
