I highly recommend the slate if you’re looking for a nice sleek spacious apartment the area is very nice as well. Lots of shopping facilities nearby I took a tour with Isaiah He is very professional and sweet showed me all the amenities and each floor plan to help me make a decision he made the process so easy to move in 10/10 I love it here
We had a family member that was looking for a new home and a church member had referred us to The Slate Apartments. We decided to move into Slate Apartments because my sister-in-law lived here about three years ago and had an amazing experience. Back then, it was clean, quiet, and well-managed. Unfortunately, it’s obvious the quality has gone downhill since then. When we moved in, the apartment itself was dirty — not at all what you’d expect when you’re paying this much. ROACHES!!! I’ve never been one to leave a bad review anywhere, but we’ve honestly been pushed so far beyond the edge that we can’t take it anymore. We alerted the office weeks ago that we had a major roach issue and it has been ignored despite our efforts to make it aware that it’s a serious issue. “Pest control” came one time and it only got worse, all of these photos have been taken since their visit.
