I called The Slate and spoke with JaLisa. She was very helpful and with her help I was able to figure out the best option for me and I look forward to living here!
Update: Still a great place to live. I love the garages. I love the team. The pool, fitness center and Media room.
DON’T DO IT!!! We lived at the Slate 2 different times. Approximately February 2021-August 2023 and April 2024-August 2024. We originally chose The Slate bc it was close to downtown and the most affordable “luxury” apartment complex. We soon encountered multiple instances that reflect my one star review during BOTH times we lived here!! 1. Trash - There was no trash pickup and each tenant was responsible to bring their own trash to the compactor for $10/month fee. (Which we liked bc we brought our trash when necessary).Then ... read more
