While the food was amazing, the service was sub par.... to spend $800 on dinner, I expected much more. First off, we had 3 waiter/ waitress changes during our meal and no one seemed to know where the last one left off. 2nd guy looked annoyed and asked if we were ready to put our appetizers in and then when I explained we ordered them 30 min ago, he was hella confused. Great food and service! Pre fixe menu for our large party and we were stuffed! Kids loved the food!
Made a rez via Opentable for 2:15. My guests arrived early at 2:00 and they said hostess lectured them that the kitchen closed at 2:30. Hostess suggested they phone me and ask what I wanted to eat and get in our order. It was NOT yet 2:15. Got our table but lunch was rushed. $300 lunch for 4 people and to cap it all off, waiter asked “Are you still working on a it?” Wanted to say no we are dining. You are working. But of course refrained. Will not be back. Not they they will care, given their wild popularity.
Best view of Bay. Asian fusion restaurant. Ordered spring rolls, BBQ ribs, yellow tail tuna, vermicelli noodles, tofu with shiitake mushrooms, shrimps with green onions & mushrooms. Tofu with shiitake mushrooms was the best.
Fantastic food, hard to get in but worth it!
