Total disappointment. you are paying for a location and view. Spent almost $300 for two. Service terrible. REALLY terrible. Felt ignored. The appetizer ribs were like rubber. Couldn’t get them off the bone. Table next to us struggled as well and ended up hurling a piece onto his shirt. The Shaking Beef was over cooked brown inside. My favorite restaurant in all of San Francisco and I’ve lived here for over 20 years. If I ever have/get to choose, my last meal would be here. Go. Order everything that sounds good. You will not be disappointed.
