Our visit to Slab Studio was great our team was treated great and the materials are amazing the new textured and fluted slabs are on my list for the next project.
As a designer my visit to The Slab Studio was disappointing. The store and front desk were completely empty, and when I finally encountered staff, they were dismissive and unprofessional. While the materials are beautiful poor customer service completely ruined the experience. Instead, I found excellent materials at MSI just in case other designers are struggling to find quality
Absolutely amazing experience at Slab Studio! From start to finish, the team at Slab Studio in Santa Ana went above and beyond. The space itself is beautiful — clean, creative, and full of inspiring energy. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. You can really tell they care about quality and about making sure every client leaves happy. Cannot wait to do business with you all again soon!
The slabs are absolutely beautiful such unique and elegant stones. However, the customer service needs serious improvement. Communication was slow, and the staff didn’t seem very interested in helping. I expected a better experience for the price point
We had a great experience at The Slab Studio! My Client and I were searching for a pure white marble, which we couldn't find anywhere. Every place we looked had only white with veining all over. I contacted Jill at Slab Studio and she said they had some new slabs coming in. We went there the following week and she showed us the most beautiful white slabs we have ever seen!
