Possible Unlicensed Technicians! I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment with the owner. After the appointment was confirmed the owner changed it to another technician. After the appointment, I noticed excessive readiness, bumps, and swelling which caused fine lines under my right eye. I purchased a Groupon for approximately $100.00. I made the appt on a day that was best for me. The day of my appointment as I was dressing to start off to my appt, I received a text message from an unknown number stating cancelled. I had no knowledge as to who it was. Then I realized it was my appointment, I was never texted asking if I wanted to reschedule. While my my appt was over a month ago, to this day I still have never been contacted. Very unprofessional.
