Tonight we took our parents visiting from out of town to the Providence location and it was awful! The place was a mess! The toppings bar was almost completely empty, and the staff members were standing up against the wall talking and looking at a phone, rather than filling the toppings bar for the large line of people coming in. The yogurt machines weren't working, and the excuse given was that it was "too frozen", but nothing else was done. We have been to other locations and have not had a problem.
