As an older patient who had never been to a med spa before, I couldn’t be happier that I found The Skin Lounge, and especially Jacalyn. She immediately put me at ease, explaining everything clearly and honestly. Her knowledge and expertise are outstanding, and her recommendations so far have been spot-on for helping me look a little more refreshed and youthful without feeling overdone.
Cynthia is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly patient when explaining treatments and truly takes the time to tailor everything to your individual needs. I always feel fully informed and never rushed. She is honest, truthful, and so sweet, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. What really stands out is how she follows up to make sure the treatment met my expectations and that I’m completely satisfied. That level of care and attention is rare and so appreciated.

This was my second appointment with Cynthia and I have to say her knowledge, kind and caring approach and over all professionalism did blew me away. Previously I tried few different Beauty Clinics but Skin Lounge is far above them all and worthy of my 1,5 hour drive each way. Their salon is clean, well decorated and from the minute you step in you feel welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend them and I know you will be happy too …
