I was told that they water down the Botox but disregarded it. I went and it’s true! The Botox is no good! Maybe it was good a year ago but it clearly isn’t now. Got ripped off and had to go get Botox somewhere else 3 weeks later. Maybe it was a bad batch. Who knows?

I recently saw Angie for my Botox downtown and I couldn't be happier. I have been going to the skin center for years however I just started working downtown and this location is now more convenient for me. Aly was so nice and helpful and even squeezed me so that I could get in before the holidays!
Just finished my treatment at the Express location @ Izzazu. It's such a convenient location for those who work/live downtown. Aly is so warm and friendly. She always has a smile on her face and is so accommodating. I worked with Angie for my treatment again and I highly recommend her. She really takes the time to talk through any concerns and understand my desired outcome. She's knowledgeable about all the different products and worked within my budget to come up with a solution to fit my needs.
I have to say that I have gotten Botox before and I was under the impression that Botox hurts, however since I started to go see Jill that has all changed! She is very gentle and Botox no longer hurts!!! I have been going to see Jill now for 2 years and I highly recommend her! She is amazing and really takes her to explain everything so that you feel completely comfortable with every treatment. Their customer service at The Skin Center is great as well!
