Recently purchased a used boat from them, salesman was extremely nice and professional, they pulled it around back and the mechanics stayed after hours to make sure I working trailer lights before I left. You can definitely tell they care about their customers. Would definitely recommend buying from these guys and I’m sure I will again in the future.
I can’t say enough great things about The Ski Shack team. We are first time boat owners and Ski Shack has made it a breeze. Travis helped direct us to the right boat and it’s the ongoing service that continues to separate them from everyone else and make this a positive buying experience. Their whole team has gone well above and beyond numerous times to make sure my family was taken care of when they didn’t have to. Give Travis a ring if you’re looking for a boat and I guarantee you’ll be in good hands.
We had an emergency repair on our Bennington pontoon. Josh and the crew at Ski Shack went above and beyond repairing the boat and we were back on the water in no time! Lake life didn't have to end early thanks to these guys!! We highly recommend them.
New to Malibu boats. Broke down on the 4th of July. Hauled my boat to the Springfield store. As busy as they were, they had me diagnosed and repaired so me and the family could go back to the lake on Friday the 6th. So so impressed by the professional, thorough, and personal service I received. Thank you so much. Highly recommend Ski Shack for all your sport boat needs. Or the luxury Chris Craft / Bennington needs for that matter...
