RecommendedWe have been renting our skis there for the past 19+ years - They are unparelled when it comes to customer service!!! They always help you choose the best equipment for your ability and they are very friendly. Even though we are only there once a year, when they see my husband walk through the door, they call him by name! This is truly a STELLAR establishment and I would not go anywhere else!
Mother Nature continued to dump snow into the end of May, so we decided to take a last minute trip up to the Tahoe area for some snowshoeing. We stopped in here to grab snowshoes for my son and I as well as boots for him. We got great rental gear at a great price. The excellent friendly service was an added bonus. We will be back!
We rented ski gear for the whole family there. They had a wide range of sizes and great customer service! Would definitely rent there again! Especially for kids because they out grow their gear so fast.
I really wanted to like this place. On a very crowded Thursday night, they were very friendly and helped fit my son for skis for the holiday weekend ... and then the technician sent us home with two right foot boots in two different sizes. They looked just like the ones he tried on (and I am obviously not a skier). My son didn't realize the difference until he was in Lake Tahoe.
