I’ve been here for the last 6 months and only have positive remarks end experiences thus far. Indigo in the front office is awesome!!! It’s quiet, clean, and there’s a nice community vibe going on here.
Have lived in this location for 2yrs building is clean, maintenance requests are performed in a timely manner and it is in a quiet area with quick access to hyvee. The on site property manager is extremely friendly and accommodating
The Sixton is beautiful and well kept. Indigo is very personable, professional and punctual with all of our needs and lines of communication. She also does a great job organizing fun events that brings our community together. She definitely does a great job managing our property!
The Sixton is a great place to live. It is secure, clean and beautiful. The staff are all amazing, especially the Manager Indigo. She is always patient and goes above and beyond for all the residents, including monthly fun events and keeping the residents updated on everything going on in the building.
Indigo is the best! I can't say enough great things about her. She is always willing to help whenever we need anything whether it is answering general questions or handling maintenance requests, she consistently goes above and beyond. Her kindness and professionalism make living here a positive experience.
