Sabrina and Row are incredible leasing agents. The Six 13 is by far the most organized complex I’ve lived in. The entire staff is incredible. The cleaners, maintenance, and leasing office. 100000/10. I feel safe and comfortable here, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Thank you to the entire staff! You’re all amazing!
Without hesitation I got a new AC installed for my unit after just one report it wasn't working properly. Maintenance personnel Ray and Frank are amazing
This building smells like mold and frumundacheese. stayed with my uncle and wow it really stinks
RUDE STAFF! I called in to explore options for an apartment and the girl I spoke to, Sabrina, was so disrespectful and condescending. Whenever I asked questions about the unit she kept telling me to reference the website. Gave little to no information. I tried asking for a price breakdown and she responded with attitude, saying "that's not how it works, that's not what I said." Just rude. I would never live in a place with this unprofessional management.
