Incompetent manager; worst one we’ve had here. Loud parties won’t let you sleep multiple times a week until 4am. Management IGNORES emails and doesn’t answer calls so you’re SOL. Good luck living here if you like to rest. You’re expected to pay rent timely lol! Which is Ironic when this is the wild wild West. Where is the manager besides sitting at her desk not busy??? I have lived in quite a few apartments in my 46 years of life, but I have never seen an apartment building go downhill as fast as The Six13. Much of what I'll say has been repeated by other tenant reviews... Management here is a revolving door, which should be a HUGE red flag for any potential renter. You will never, ever get a response from the management team here. Complaints? Tough. Insurance or lease questions? Go kick rocks. Oh, you like sleep and quiet nights? Not here! If you’re considering living at Six13, I highly urge you to look elsewhere. This building is not safe-not for kids, not for pets, and honestly, not even for your car. Homeless individuals are a constant presence around the property, often living in the parking garage or dog park. The so-called “secured” garage? The gate is broken and left wide open for weeks at a time, making it easy for anyone to walk in(and they do.) My roommates new car was broken into and windows smashed — and shes not the only one.
