Kim has mastered the fundamentals of customer service. You barely feel the clippers moving over your head - an artist at work. Life advice and getting scolded for being single is complementary. Easily my new go-to spot.
This is a very good place to get a haircut. Kim is professional and friendly. Even though I don't live in Cambridge anymore, I come to The Silver Shears because the quality of Kim's work is that good.

Kim is honestly a legend. Kim the lead Barber is straight to the point. She takes her time and has such incredible focus. I always know I will walk away feeling fresh, she even takes the time to straight razor behind the ears and neck. She charges way to little! Tip her well! Trust me, she will earn it.
