I agree with ***. I ordered a plant from The Sill. After about two weeks without notification about when it would ship, I reached out. They took a long time to respond that they would “look into it.” Another week passed. I emailed again and asked for an update or else I’d file a claim with my credit card for my money back. Took them another week to reply, and they claimed they were out of the color of the planter I had bought. Seriously? It took 4 weeks to tell me this?? Absurd. Hopefully they will refund me.
I ordered from this company at the end of April. It it is now mid June and have not recieved my order. I have reached out several times now via their website and email was told to follow up. No resolution and relatively minimal response. They post daily to their social media but seem to have a hard time getting back to their customers who have actually bought and never recieved their product.
