Maria was very nice, professional, and efficient. She is well-trained and meticulous in her work. I say you should give her a bonus, especially since she has her wedding coming up in September!. My only negative comment is for the chair. Because the foot portion could not be raised but instead dropped down, it played havoc with my lower back degenerative disc disease. It still hurts today. Everything was great as always. From the front desk to the back. Everyone is always kind and professional.
Fine cleaning & checkup. A young child in nearby room was allowed to "slide down" the "sliding board" incline of the chair at end of exam. I was NOT offered this opportunity. ;-)

I came in the office today on an emergency so I was really in pain...there was an African-American women who (took my x-rays) asked how I was. I told her in pain. She then asked how am I outside of the pain? This question really didn't need to be asked. Thanks

Trustworthy provider. Today, went for my requested 3 months cleaning. After completion of cleaning, cost was reduced, as explained: "care didn't need long time as was expected because I followed their instructions and result was great." That is trust-worthy clinic, business, and provider. Thanks for being very professional.
I was in the middle of getting a crown when a call from home came about my child being sick and needing immediate attention. Without hesitation Dr Silberman wrapped up my appointment early allowing me to get home quickly. And the office was able to reachedule my appointment closely to finish the work. The flexibility in leaving mid appointment was beyond appreciated and just a testament to a great office that cares about its clients not just a bottom line!
