Very nice pet hotel and spa. Love how clean the facility is. The upgraded suite area is awesome as well!
The Staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. The grooming is the best we have found! They provide awesome care for all our pups.
Boarded our dogs there for 5 days and paid for an exit bath for both. Called at noon to make sure exit baths were complete and they would be ready by 3pm. Showed up at 3pm and they brought two soaking wet dogs that smell like a cattle farm pond and tried to argue the dogs were professionally bathed (with soap). Additionally they have zero organization for boarding they tried sending someone else’s harnesses with them and they did send another dogs toys and treats that I didn’t notice until I got home. The people are so nice and always have been every time we’ve been here!!! I’m just struggling writing this review because before this last time I took my dogs in everything was great, but this last time I picked them up I was told only 2 out of 4 of my dogs were coughing which can happen when there are lots of animals in one place. My babies love Sierra. Alex and the other staff have done an amazing job over the years for my furbabies
These folks take good care of my baby. He has such a good time when he goes for puppy day care. They seem to love their jobs and it shows. Thanks to each and every one for taking care of my fur baby.
They love and take great care of my pup. I couldn't ask for anywhere better when I have to be without her.
