When I first moved in a year ago, I was happy here. The space was quiet, the price was fair, and it felt like a good place to live. Unfortunately, things have declined significantly since then. The once-quiet environment is now disrupted by people constantly hanging around outside, talking loudly or playing videos on their phones at full volume. Summer has ended. The broken washers are still broken and the pool remains condemned by the Health Department. Every gate is broken and dog shit and piss are on every sidewalk between units. We did get a new maintenance guy that uses a weed eater on pebbles that get flung at everyone’s car on Tuedays though, so that’s new.
You flooded my apartment, raised my rent by $250 a month for a year, took over a month to replace a light switch, and had my account with Austin Energy cancelled, and you only rarely respond to messages. There are 2 washers in the laundry room that have been broken for 5 months; you've said 5 times that you'd fix them and never have. There are burned-out porch lights all over the complex. Our stay from June 9–11 was nothing short of a disaster. What was supposed to be a relaxing family trip turned into a stressful mess thanks to multiple serious issues in the unit that the host, R(whatever her real name is), failed to properly address. First, the dishwasher was clogged and overflowing, leaving filthy water all over the floor. We had to constantly clean up the mess just to keep the place livable.
