The customer service I received from The Shutter Store was what made me choose them over other shutter stores out there. Their staff is very knowledgeable of their product, they answered all my questions and concerns. At no point I felt rushed during the process. The shutters were as amazing just like their customer service. I already have recommended to my friends.

Ordering on the website is straight forward and customer service follows up via phone to confirm all of the measurements. The product quality is great and the installation was straightforward. We ordered in two batches. One shutter was damaged in delivery in the second batch, but Shutter Store took care of it immediately.
