RE: ordering. Great service. Smart attention to detail. My installation is a custom configuration and they worked with me until we (me and them) went through all the special issues I was going to deal with, from surface mount hinges I am going to procure from a marine supply shop to a 3/16 deep, 3/4 inch reveal in the framing that complicates mounting decisions. Nice to see the customer-centered focus! Ivonne deserves special mention as the fantastic face of The Shutter Store's customer care organization.

These folks are at The Top of their game!!!! I bought shutters for my bathroom window in 2018 from the shutter store. They were beautiful, fit perfectly and were so easy to install. I have to tell you that Customer Service here was some of the best I have ever encountered. They would not let me fail, with patience and guidance. Now I am in a new home and will buy shutters for my bedroom and cannot wait to get them.
