Kind Vets, & quality service without the outrageous prices usually charged.
We went to the mobile spot shot today in Prosper and was extremely disappointed. Both the staff and doctor are RUDE! The only staff member that was nice at all was the lady that was helping the vet. Extremely disappointing.
I didn’t know how it worked but we showed up sans appointment and it took less time than getting a library card! They were kind and very skilled, pup face didn’t even cry when getting blood drawn. He’s all ready for doggy play dates now, properly vaccinated and happy. #GiovanniBalthazar is quite content with his services today and so relieved he wasn’t told to lose weight. Thanks again!
Today wasn't my first day with my pup at the shot spot but i will say it was the most AWFUL experience I have had since going here, but than again i have only been for vaccinations and god for bid they mess that up. Today my dog was treated, for what i would assume is an eye infection, but left with NOOOOO answers and a $150 bill (WHAT THEY ARE GOOD AT!!!) they did unnecessary tests and looked extremely inexperienced in doing them.. do yourself a favor and find a vet who knows what they are doing. The Shot Spot is wonderful. We have been twice with both of our dogs. They actually took their time with our dogs. Our second dog came with some major medical issues. They took care of our dog and he was better within no time. The technicians are very smart and kind. The veterinarian loves animals. The front office lady was very sweet and made things easy.
We get our dogs done here every year.
RecommendedI brought a muzzle for Chloe as she has never had anyone else clip her nails. They brought her back to the room in less than ten minutes and I thought they were not able to clip them. Not only did they not need the muzzle but they did it so fast and she did an awesome job with someone new! Love this place!!
my dogs love them! always get excited to see them and get their traets!!!
We love the Shot Spot, mobile vaccinations. Take all our pups to see them for shots and heart worm prevention.
