This place is a nightmare. If I don’t have a plug-in in every single outlet, my apartment smells horrible. Management refuses to come for lockouts after hours, and if it’s during business hours, they have the nerve to charge $45. The garbage area is always overflowing with trash, and my yard is covered in piles of dog poop every morning. The Office Staff is amazing! No matter what I need handled or explained, Ciera always goes above and beyond to make sure I am accommodated. By far the best community I’ve lived in.
Upon entering the complex I was very pleased with the layout of the building and the grounds. I've always wanted an apartment with the option to have a garage since in the past I've had issues with damages and theft regarding my public parking options. While driving around I noticed there was a pond, and of course I have to find out if they even allow fishing! Do not stay here. I have complained for months about a tenant and nothing has been done. They said that they are doing something about it and that it is a process, but the tenant violates several parts of the leasing agreement everyday. That should make the process of getting the tenant out swiftly. Also, the pool area is not secured. The pool is supposed to be closed 8-9pm, but random people come at night making the loudest noise they could possibly make on weekdays at that!
