I had a great experience visiting the property — the complex was well-maintained, and the overall environment felt welcoming. A special shoutout to Khenadi, who was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the process. She answered all my questions and made the tour smooth and informative. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference. Highly recommend checking this place out!
This place is a nightmare. If I don’t have a plug-in in every single outlet, my apartment smells horrible. Management refuses to come for lockouts after hours, and if it’s during business hours, they have the nerve to charge $45. The garbage area is always overflowing with trash, and my yard is covered in piles of dog poop every morning. It’s filthy, disgusting, and clearly no one here cares about basic cleanliness or residents’ comfort. I hate living here and am counting down the days until my lease ends. So I invite you who are reading this review to see the photos I just attached of the response I received by email from them about my complaint. The Office Staff is amazing! No matter what I need handled or explained, Ciera always goes above and beyond to make sure I am accommodated. By far the best community I’ve lived in.
Upon entering the complex I was very pleased with the layout of the building and the grounds. I've always wanted an apartment with the option to have a garage since in the past I've had issues with damages and theft regarding my public parking options. While driving around I noticed there was a pond, and of course I have to find out if they even allow fishing!
