I lived in the Chelsea for 3 years I liked my apartment but the management sucks i felt very uncomfortable like African American weren’t welcomed in the community Good to hear the management change the old manager Brian was racist !!!!!!
RecommendedBart and the team at the Landings of Brentwood were so very helpful during our move. Bart was very communicative and made us feel safe about reserving an apartment even when we weren't able to see the apartment in person due to the COVID situation. He kept us updated and answered any questions/phone calls we had throughout the process. Definitely recommend Bart!

Hire landscapers that don't steal and or break resident's lawn fixtures.
RecommendedBart has been very helpful with the whole process. He responds very quickly and is great about making sure needs are met. The community is safe and the apartments are well-kept.
Honestly I didn’t have a terrible experience while living there. The cons are: rent will go up EVERY year. Significantly... with no improvement to your space. The pet “fees” you pay are not deposits. So basically you pay $300 a pet with zero return. Don’t forget you will also pay an additional $25 a month for said pets “rent”. Again with zero return. Not sure what I paid the $600 + $25 a month for. To put that in perspective I spent $1500 in the three years that I lived there for my two dogs only to be charged $300 to replac... read more

RecommendedIm very pleased with staying here at sugar mill apartments. So far it’s been my greatest experience when it comes to living in a apartment complex. The Lawrenceville staff Sarah, Sandra, Maria and the Maintenance staff have provided excellent customer service since day one. I recommend sugar mill apartments all the time to friends and family for a great living experience!
