Been trying to move out and it has not gone well. Unable to get a hold of anyone above the property manager since she is unable to help and forwarded me to the regional manager. Tried all forms of contact given by the property manager herself and have received no email or phone call back days later. Even tried Twitter! Nothing. If you have problems while staying here best of luck to you.
Worst apartment complex ever. If you want to be greeted with an unprofessional property manager, then by all means. If you choose to move in, please speak to Ivey because the Property manager will yell at you, with her mask off, and be insanely unprofessional. RecommendedI love this neighborhood! It is safe, quiet, very friendly, and the maintenance staff are outstanding! I have had small things like the fridge door shelf breaking and the garbage disposal not working. I submitted my request for maintenance online as it was after hours, and first thing the next day they are here to resolve the issue! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help! My experience with them has been amazing! They all deserve a raise in my book!

RecommendedHad to have our dishwasher replaced this week because the control panel was going out in it and wasnt washing the dishes, the team of riverford crossing did AMAZINGLY! Never fails to impress! Their receptionist team put in my work order immediately, maintenance arrived at my home the same day to look over the dishwasher and determine if it could be fixed or needs replaced, it needed replaced so he placed the order for the new one the same day, the dishwasher came in 2 days later, and maintenance came immediately this same mo... read more

RecommendedI love my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. the staff are friendly and really care about any issues you have. They are pet friendly with a dog park to let fido run around. I would highly recommend these apartments
RecommendedI do recommend Sycamore Terrace Apartments !! These apartments are so nice. The landscape is beautiful and well kept. Cozy, quiet, feels safe and more private than most apartments. The office staff is extremely nice, friendly and professional. They care about their tenants. A perfect place for a first apartment and to call home!!😁

We signed with Brooke today in office while following COVID protocols! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Ten out of ten.
Potential Renters - BEWARE Take pictures of everything, even your blinds at move-in and move-out because you will get charged for damages that can’t clearly be proven as caused by you. We are being charged $90.00 to replace fully functional blinds in one of the bedrooms. The damage is pictured below. I’ll let you form your own opinions.
