Staff are friendly and helpful. Apartments are special and the maintenance team does a great job of taking care of the grounds and each unit. Love living here

Potential Renters - BEWARE Take pictures of everything, even your blinds at move-in and move-out because you will get charged for damages that can’t clearly be proven as caused by you. We are being charged $90.00 to replace fully functional blinds in one of the bedrooms. The damage is pictured below. I’ll let you form your own opinions. Also of note, after several emails back and forth it turns out they did replace the blinds, which of course makes no sense for the “damages” done but again, you can form your own opinion. I moved in at the end of January 2020 and it's by far the nicest apartment I've ever lived in! (I've lived in some DUMPS) But I chose to pay more for a safe & quiet location. The maintenance team is incredible!! Anytime I have put in a maintenance request it is taken care of as soon as they can. AND they've kept me updated on any lengthy fixes. There's always cons to every pros & cons list and that would be on the residence that don't pick up after their dog's #2. . . The Shores have supplied FREE poo bags at EVERY poo trash... read more

I enjoyed my time at the shores for the 2 years I lived there, very nice apartments but the management and overall quality of customer service is on par with a a hotel in a 3rd world country. 9 times outta ten you call the office for something no body answers the phones and you leave a voicemail 10 to 15 times before someone finally gets back to you a week or more later. Honestly I didn’t have a terrible experience while living there. The cons are: rent will go up EVERY year. Significantly... with no improvement to your space. The pet “fees” you pay are not deposits. So basically you pay $300 a pet with zero return. Don’t forget you will also pay an additional $25 a month for said pets “rent”. Again with zero return. If there were a fee for breathing, they would charge you. My rent price went up almost 200 bucks a month without warning. They charge you for automatically drafting your rent? They charge administration fees on utilities. The office staff is nice, but the apartments are small, extremely overpriced and overrun by dogs. Can not stress how much I would not live here.
This apartment complex is so neat and nice! Quiet and great pricing for the area and space.
My wife and I have lived at Shores about 21/2 years. One of the best things is the professional and quick response repairing any problems that might arise. Great maintenance guys!!!
