Difficult to summarize my experience living here. Management (specifically the building manager Franca) is awful. They are not responsive to tenants' issues (Franca ignores emails) and are not helpful in addressing issues. The above unit has been under noisy construction for 2 months with no noise mitigation policies, leading to constant hammering, drilling, and even water damage to the unit below. I had my wedding here last year, 5/1/21 and while most of the guests thankfully didn’t know about all the screw ups this place under the new ownership had, they basically ruined mine and my husband’s day.
