2012 Gold Wing, I punctured a hole in the cooling reservoir. Called, explained what I did, they were very professional and took care of repairs in a very timely manner. Very fair price. Also had question about brake adjustment, again they explained what the issue was and corrected. Highly recommend them. Great work, fair price, friendly, courteous and professional staff. I was fortunate to have a previous customer and friend of mine recommendation to us JCL.
I could write a book about James. You don’t find many places in the world nowadays that’s thorough and honest with you. James went WAY out of his way to help me diagnose an issue with my bike after taking it to him for what i thought was just a simple tuning issue. That was a big factor, but i also had a sumping issue, and he literally shows you how much he cares about what he does.
