Hey guys, how about charging the time it takes to make the repair? I appreciate the $100 confirmation of the diagnosis my wife gave you when she dropped it off, and I'm glad it wasn't something big, but your quote of 1.4 hours to replace a part that took me less than 10 minutes to change is way off base. Your welcome for returning the 6mm 1/4" drive deep socket your mechanic left in my car as well. Glad I didn't have you check the intake, it might have been dropped in the motor.
Very satisfied. Eric and Tim have always taken care of me and my family. They do it right the first time!! We will continue to take our cars there for any and all mechanical needs!!!
They were super busy, but got me in and out for an oil change in a snap while simultaneously juggling tire changes, a bizarre request from another customer, and other folks needing lube services. Way to go, guys! Can't wait to see you at your new location.
