Went here a few weeks ago and got a cut from Kaiden who was great. He really took the time to talk through what I wanted and explain what he was going to do and do some tweaks once the initial cut was done.
Really disappointed in my experience as I have previously been here and enjoyed it. I booked a 5pm appointment and showed up at 4:55pm to check in. A man came to the front immediately and let me know that the stylist would come get me. 20 minutes went by and no one came to even let me know there was a delay. Finally at 5:19pm I let him know to cancel my appointment. A little communication would have been great. No customer should wait that long without at least one update on the situation.
Shay was wonderful! Lovely energy and so good at handling long, thick and textured hair.
